Loeber Motors December 2017 Community Assistance Program
It’s that time of year again! The holiday season has always been a special time where people make a point to give both their time and resources to those who need it. Here in Chicago, there’s plenty of ways to help and give a hand to those in need. Here at Loeber Motors, we’re proud of our Community Assistance Program, which we hold each month as a way of giving back to our community. Run through our Facebook page, the Community Assistance Program gives Chicago-area charities and non-profit organizations the opportunity to receive a $500 donation courtesy of Loeber Motors.
For the month of December, we have three great entries in the Loeber Motors Community Assistance Program. Entries this month include Association Horizon Inc., H.E.A.R.T – Helping Every Animal Rescue Team, and the Logos School of Music. Each of these groups does great things to better our community and we’re happy to help them in any way we can!

Association Horizon, Inc.
Working out of the city of Chicago, Association Horizon, Inc. is a group that provides opportunities for adults with and without physical disabilities to interact, socialize and learn from one another. The group has hosted multiple Summer Camp Programs as well as a variety of other programs for adults with a wide range of physical disabilities such as Muscular Dystrophy, Multiple Sclerosis, and Cerebral Palsy. The Association Horizon Inc. mission statement reads “An organization of people with and without physical disabilities that provides opportunities for individuals to challenge themselves, develop responsibility and grow through interacting and working together.”

HEART – Helping Every Animal Rescue Team
Located in New Lennox, Illinois, HEART is an animal rescue in its early stages that specializes in helping senior and sick animals get the care they might otherwise not get at a shelter, as well as helping them find the good home they need to live out their golden years.
Currently, the rescue is offering aid to a Chihuahua with a PDA, a Shih Tzu with an injured eye, a blind and deaf Chihuahua and a cat with a mass on its head. Donations to this group will go towards giving these animals the care and medical attention they need. Learn more and Donate here.
Logos School of Music
Logos School of Music is a Christian music school located in Niles, Illinois and is dedicated to introducing beginners to music, as well as help intermediate and advanced music students hone their talent. The school’s mission statement reads, “Rooted in our Christian principles and guided by our strong focus on individual training and musical excellence, we educate and equip students at diverse levels to use their musical training and skills, both individually and in ensembles, to advance a superior standard of music in churches, communities, and schools.”
Donations to Logos School of Music help provide funding for concerts, instruments, missions, and tuition for underprivileged students. Learn more and Donate here.
